On Tuesday April 23 Sister Judy B. Good journeyed out to UMass Boston for their Queer Student Center’s LGBTQ+ Day of Celebration. At the day’s resource fair, Sister Judy hosted a table where students learned about The Sister’s mission to promulgate joy and expiate stigmatic guilt. Students, faculty, and staff tore apart a poster of shame and created a poster of joy of what brings them joy. Shame was left in the trash and joy was celebrated by the community! The poster of joy is now on display at the Queer Student Center. Students also connected with other queer organizations and enjoyed drag performances! The was a joyful and gay day for everyone!
