Sister Brother Freddie Anne Willing, Novice Sister Betty Esem, Sister Rosetta Stone and Postulant Sister Cheri Tonin walked the streets of Salem on Saturday, spreading joy to all those gathered for North Shore Pride. Many many stickers and pins were given out along the route, and bubbles sprayed out and into the crowd.
After the parade we took part in the festival, basking in the community, vendors, and food trucks, before it was time to depart ways. No Nuns were harmed by Madame Zapple’s ever encroaching vehicle.
