Br Gary Cruter and Nv Sr Betty Esém were joined by Asp Vicka to emcee a Dog Halloween Costume Contest at Peter’s Park in Boston’s South End. The contest was organized by Friends of Peter’s Park, a community organization that cares for the park, tending the flowerbeds and raising funds for maintenance. What a great event – even the city was in costume: as Seattle. The Sisters helped a grey, drizzly day to sparkle by directing contestants to “follow the rainbow clown nun,” describing costumes, and announcing the winners.
