Founded the Digital Drag Program Full Spin
Full Spin guarantees a minimum of $50 per performer for each show. Note that Majenta never keeps any money personally — every single dollar is going to support the drag performers and any non-profit organizations that may be raising funds in a given show. This is the same fundraising ethic the Sisters adhere to when we host events.
Since its founding last spring, Full Spin has raised over $30,000 in both donated funds and artist fees (which helped performers pay their bills during the pandemic and donated to different charities each month). Full Spin is one of only a handful of digital productions in Boston that pays entertainers a minimum.
Donated performances both in-person and virtually to help SPIB raise funds for various events (e.g. Nunch).
“Full Spin” is a digital drag show hosted by Majenta with a J. Drag artists from around the world collaborate to create visual albums of nonstop drag set to some of your favorite musical masterpieces.
