On October 5 a gaggle of nuns and drag performers descended upon the Moonshine room at Club Cafe to fundraise for and celebrate 21 years of Harbor to the Bay. Sr. Lida Christ and Novice Sr. Judy B. Good hosted a drag show including Club Cafe staff, Sisters, and our Friends. Mizery (Saint Death-Drop Gorgeous), Rusty Hammer, Briar Blush, Britney Beards, DeeDee Seven VanPoppers, Sr. Br. Freddie Anne Willing, Sr. Tori D’Affair, Sr. Lida Christ, and Novice Sr. Judy B. Good all gave performances. Saint Wittman Sample (David Wittman) shared about the importance of the Harbor to the Bay ride and gave out T Shirts. Br. Gary Cruter, Sr. May Flower, Novice Sr. Betty Esem, and Postulant Ava Cado helped with tickets, the raffle, and technical needs. The event was sponsored by KetelOne Vodka, who donated 2 gift baskets, which were raffled off. Fun was had all around as the performers engaged the audience–Mizery even danced with and picked up our very own Br. Gary Cruter!! The show raised $2,673 for Harbor to the Bay!
