Sisters/Brothers Rosetta Stone, Ima Miracle, Jessa Belle, Gary Cruter and Freddie Anne Willing fell into Salem for another lovely Salem Pride. It was only a little rainy, but that couldn’t stop the overwhelming feeling of queer joy.
The Salem streets once again cheered for friends from all over the north shore as the parade proudly made its way to the commons. There the festival continued, with music, food and vendors galore.
Ima, Gary and Freddie stuck around a bit later to drop in on our friends at NAGLY and participate in the Rainbow Stroll. It was delightful and educational. We are so glad Salem has this annual tradition.
