Br. Gary and Nv. Sr. Freddie arrived at the Common around noon for this manifestation of presence. They mingled with the various organizers and made tentative plans for several collaborations, including with IML New England and Trans Resistance.
Y’all, the event was delightful! – an impressive showing from such a young organization! There were a handful of corporate booths, but it was mostly queer organizations such, some of whom were new to us. They had a stage with a diverse set of speakers, performers and DJs. We should plan on a larger presence in future events. This could be a good venue for a grants fund bucket drive.
