The Theater Offensive presents ClimACTS! GLOW, a come-as-you-are event that invites attendees to explore their desires with a series of interactive performances in an environment that is open to all.
Find yourself among Boston’s brightest and hottest LGBTQ scene, as Kennedy Davenport of RuPaul’s Drag Race drops, twirls, and works as the event’s emcee. Guests will also be able to mingle with Rebecca Taichman the 2017 Tony Award Winnerfor Best Director of Broadway’s Indecent. Taichman will be the recipient of the 2018 Out on The Edge Award, recognizing her accomplishments and contributions to bold, status quo-defying LGBTQ art.
ClimACTS!, The Theater Offensive’s annual gala, celebrates the rich diversity of LGBTQ lives through an evening that challenge norms, explores sexuality, and uplifts the various identities and icons of queer identity. The event will also feature a Live Fantasy Auction featuring a host of luxurious items. Funds raised through this event support The Theater Offensive’s programming presenting bold art by, for, and about the LGBTQ community.
GLOW is a unique party experience that explores and celebrates the rich diversity of queer lives through provocative themes and performances. We welcome and celebrate diversity in sexual orientation, gender identity, and gender expression.
VIP tickets are $200, doors open at 6pm for the VIP Reception, which includes an open bar.
General Admission tickets are $125, doors open at 7:30pm.
Funds raised will support The eater Offensive’s LGBTQ arts programming.
